As a Seamstress/Seamster, you would be responsible for coordinating the fitting, ordering, issuing, altering, cleaning and repair/replacement of uniforms and linens with the Laundry department to maintain established standards of cleanliness and quality.

Requirements

• 1-year previous industrial sewing experience.
• Hotel background.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and alter team member uniforms.
• Visually inspect and repair various linens.
• Coordinate cleaning of uniforms and other hotel items with the Laundry department to ensure timely laundering of items.
• Assist in determining the size, selection, and placing of orders.
• Arrange dry cleaning and laundry processing.
• Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and other similar services to hotel guests.
• Maintain order of uniform room.
