Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, SGC, and Card Ladder. Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris. We’re looking for a Sealing Lead to help guide and lead the Sealing Team to meet all goals and expectations of the department. You’ll report to the Sealing Supervisor and work from our Jersey City, NJ office.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards, and event tickets
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows
  • Learning various sizes of gasket sizes and card holders
  • Maintain knowledge of coins and sports cards
  • Crack-out and re-seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards according to changes
  • Aid Leadership in creating an inspiring team environment
  • Set clear team goals
  • Support & help oversee the day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts/escalate when necessary
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
