About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Sealcoating Technician to join our Exterior Services team in Farmington Hills. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving asphalt surfaces through sealcoating, crack filling, and general pavement care. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and are willing to put in the effort during busy seasons, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

At least one season of experience in asphalt sealcoating and crack filling
Valid chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and driver’s background check
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to work long days and weekends when required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Capable of working for extended, uninterrupted periods
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, and perform frequent bending and squatting

Responsibilities

Assist with asphalt sealcoating operations using spray or squeegee (cut-in) application methods
Perform surface preparation including cleaning and crack filling
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites
Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Support general pavement maintenance projects as needed
Work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
