The Seafood Service/Meat Manager is accountable for setting the department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, and overall profitability. This includes greeting customers warmly, assisting them in locating products, and addressing their needs promptly. The manager will also train, supervise, and evaluate all department employees, ensuring that they adhere to the highest standards of service and professionalism. Additionally, the manager will analyze sales trends, prepare advertising projections, and manage inventory to maintain product freshness and minimize shrinkage. In this fast-paced environment, the Seafood Service/Meat Manager must maintain strict adherence to personal hygiene and dress codes, as well as company policies.
