About The Position

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Seafood Processing Line Workers for a large seafood supplier in the Breaux Bridge area. This role is essential in ensuring seafood products are properly prepared, processed, and packaged to meet company and USDA quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Physical stamina for lifting and handling seafood products
• Comfort working in cold, loud, and wet environments
• Basic understanding of food safety practices
• No formal education require - on-the-job training provided

Responsibilities

• Clean, cut, and prepare seafood for packaging
• Operate production machinery (breading, frying, freezing)

• Stack and move boxes for shipment
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures
• Wear required protective gear (gloves, aprons, hairnets)
