Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years seafood department experience (3+ in management)
• Strong knowledge of seafood prep, displays, and operations
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment

Nice To Haves

• Culinary training a plus (fileting, cooking, inventory management)

Responsibilities

• Oversee our seafood department, as directed, across our Long Island stores
• Manage inventory, pricing, and displays to maximize freshness and appeal
• Ensure top-notch quality, safety, and compliance with all food regulations
• Train, mentor, and support seafood staff across multiple locations
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience - from seafood prep advice to sustainability education
