Requirements

  • Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume.
  • Train and develop associates on job performance.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Cut seafood to customer requests using proper equipment.
  • Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
  • Partner with store management to implement a department business plan.
  • Inform and educate associates about promotions.
  • Prepare and submit seasonal critiques for sales and merchandising.
  • Monitor and control department expenses.
  • Assist in preparing the store/department budget and financial reviews.
  • Schedule routine price changes and maintain compliance with labeling regulations.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the inventory process.
  • Reinforce safety programs and comply with safety procedures.
  • Practice preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
  • Report safety risks and illegal activities.
  • Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
