About The Position
The Seafood Counter Clerk is responsible for providing service that exceeds the expectations of customers by performing various duties in the Seafood Department. This role involves learning procedures and products offered for sale, as well as general cooking procedures and usage for all seafood products. The clerk will also learn the production of prepared food items such as marinades and stuffers.
