About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for custodial tasks and maintenance of agency properties. This includes preventative maintenance to ensure the quality of buildings and grounds, maintenance of all property facility equipment and machinery according to safety and sanitation requirements, and scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs if applicable. The technician will also be responsible for ordering and inventory of custodial equipment and maintenance supplies in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Additionally, the technician will maintain the upkeep of grounds including common areas and report quarterly or as needed. The position requires the individual to perform safely the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
