About The Position

Technical Sales Consultant This role can be based anywhere in the Southeastern Region. About the Role : Salto is seeking several dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Consultants (TSC) to join our team. The TSC will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships, ensuring quote and order configuration accuracy, and providing top-notch support and training to our stakeholders. This position requires a detailed oriented person and problem solver that thrives when helping others.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Salto products and deployment scenarios.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and detailed work output.
  • Ability to provide excellent support to all partners and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and train partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Some relationships with partners will be ongoing while others are less frequent, however the same dedication to quality work and fulfilling their expectations is key.
  • Support & Training: Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to quote and order Salto’s products and services.
  • Technical Support: A Scheduled resource to ensure partners have the technical skills for successful projects.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Sustainable Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Brand Building : Provide a level of support that promotes both Salto’s and the partners reputation and brand.
