About The Position

Assist the Psychology Department’s Administrative Coordinator with various office tasks and responsibilities. This position involves maintaining printer and copier supplies, managing the supply closet, sorting and distributing mail and packages, assisting with creating and managing necessary spreadsheets and lists, keeping all common areas neat, replacing classroom supplies as needed, scanning, filing, copying, and running errands across campus. Additionally, the role includes assisting the Department Chair and other faculty with assorted tasks as needed and filling in for the Administrative Coordinator when absent by providing general information and responding to inquiries and requests.
