This position is located at one of the division's sites in Roy, UT; Colorado Springs, CO; and Huntsville, AL. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related field with at least 6 years of related experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • 1 year of experience with hiring processes--demand forecasting, resume screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and fulfillment.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
  • Experience with process improvement and drive cadence of the team’s execution.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assessing current and projected engineering staffing needs, and working with the respective team leads to address those needs.
  • Responsible for supporting recruitment activities including the creation of requisitions, conducting interviews, and approving offers.
  • Collaborating with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient fulfilment of staffing needs, and metrics generation and reporting.
  • Supporting staffing events inclusive of travel to off-site staffing geographies.
  • Coordinating and supporting intern planning and fulfillment.
  • Being a key partner in targeted staffing initiatives aligned to organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide their group with regular flow-down of company and organizational status and appropriately represent and be a spokesperson for the organization to their group, assigned project, and the company.
  • Partnering with engineering and program management peers to assure a balanced and efficient assignment of resources to support and achieve key mission priorities.
  • Coaching, supporting, training, and motivating stakeholders to ensure a high level of staffing throughput.
  • Coordinating with the Division Homeroom and Programs, for identifying needs and coordination on task closure.
