About The Position

Supervise labor, equipment and processes associated with the daily Mezzanine warehouse operations. Work closely with other department supervisors to maximize resources and maintain a cohesive work environment to ensure all daily goals are met.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain operations required
Minimum 1-year supervisory experience required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in distribution receiving, selecting, or shipping preferred

Responsibilities

Define measureable, individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports.
Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent.
Schedule and supervise labor and equipment associated with all carousel and cigarette operations of the Distribution Center.
Monitor compliance with all applicable regulatory (OSHA, USDA, HACCP, Health Department, and Department of Labor) requirements as well as Sheetz policies/procedures.
Investigate inventory discrepancies for accountability.
Promote a culture of customer service by creating, communicating, training, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks within the department.
Source vendors and solicit bids for major purchases and services.
Monitor and create reports on operational performance metrics.
Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the supply chain.
