About The Position

Manage labor, equipment, and processes associated with case selection operations. Work closely with other departments to maximize resources and maintain a cohesive work environment, to ensure all daily goals are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain operations required
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in distribution receiving, selecting, or shipping preferred

Responsibilities

• Define measurable individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
• Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports.
• Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent.
• Schedule and supervise labor and equipment associated with the tote staging, case selecting, and pallet checking.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable regulatory (OSHA, USDA, HACCP, Health Department and Department of Labor) requirements as well as Sheetz policies/procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies for accountability.
• Promote a culture of customer service and satisfaction by creating, communicating, training, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks within the department.
• Source vendors and solicit bids for major purchases and services.
• Monitor and create reports on operational performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the supply chain.
