Responsibilities

  • Developments, in conjunction with the operating departments/MIS, schedules and commitments to implement SDS changes.
  • Provides Slot Operations with MIS interface support, recording AS400 application development.
  • Manages the generation and timely delivery of all Slot Operations’ service requests. Maintains files of all slot machines within SDS.
  • Develops and delivers SDS management reports in support of Machine Performance and Maintenance, Slot Customer Service Standards and Slot Operations productivity.
  • Assists in the planning and the execution of programs to improve revenue growth, operational costs and customer service levels assigned.
  • Makes necessary changes in SDS when machines are moved on the casino floor.
  • Safeguard Slot assets
  • Monitor slot activities for adherence to Company policies and various gaming regulatory requirements.
  • Service Machines when malfunctions occur.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines on a scheduled basis.
  • Make recommendations for improved productivity relative to mechanical/electrical requirements.
  • Conduct self always in a manner that reflects credit on property and encourages others to do the same.
