About The Position

As our SDR Manager, you will own the performance and development of Rally's SDR team, building the systems, culture, and coaching cadence that drive consistent, high-quality pipeline generation. You will act as the connective tissue between sales leadership and the SDR team, translating company goals into day-to-day execution and helping early-career reps become quota-attaining contributors. You will join Rally's Sales organization and work closely with the Sales Director and the current four-person SDR team. Rally is the User Research CRM that helps product, design, and research teams talk to their users quickly, safely, and at scale. The platform automates the unglamorous parts of research - participant recruitment, outreach, screening, scheduling, consent, and incentives - so teams can spend more time learning from customers and less time wrestling with spreadsheets and manual workflows. Rally is trusted by UX, product, and research teams at companies like Google, Adobe, Figma, GitLab, MongoDB, and Webflow, helping make research a continuous input into product decisions. Requirements

Proven track record managing or leading SDRs or BDRs in a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture.
Experience in an early-stage or scaling startup where systems were being built or adapted in real time.
A genuine sense of urgency - you move quickly, maintain a high bar, and do not wait for perfect conditions to start executing.
Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where iteration is the norm.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with UX research or research tooling.
Experience at a company that scaled rapidly from a small base.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of SDRs, owning ramp, performance management, and long-term growth.
Build and run the team's daily operating rhythm, including standups, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching.
Create and maintain a structured coaching program that helps reps develop core selling skills and hit targets consistently.
Partner closely with AE leadership to align on pipeline quality, handoff standards, and outbound strategy.
Develop and refine outbound playbooks, messaging frameworks, and prospecting processes in collaboration with sales leadership.
Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to identify trends and adjust coaching priorities.
Serve as a culture carrier for the SDR organization, setting the standard for accountability, activity, and professionalism.
