As an SDR Caller at Apollo, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects over the phone, with the goal of setting appointments that lead to successful sales outcomes. This role is highly specialized, focusing exclusively on phone outreach to maximize appointment setting efficiency.

  • Make an average of 100 outbound dials per day per client, managing three clients simultaneously.
  • Secure at least 13 appointments per month per client, with a focus on achieving a 70% hold rate for booked appointments.
  • Work to increase the number of connected calls beyond a 6% connect rate by adjusting call times and targeting strategies.
  • Achieve a conversion rate of over 10% from connected calls to appointments booked.
  • Complete all assigned Apollo Dialer training modules within the first month and participate in at least two monthly coaching sessions with the Sales Development Manager.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude and persistence.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer technology is preferred.
