As an SDN Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing SDN solutions on a multi-transport, networking radio.- Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop SDN solutions to enhance network performance, scalability, and flexibility. - Implement and manage SDN controllers and network virtualization technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SDN solutions such as Modular RF, Seeker, and Viasat's NetAgility. - Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, providing timely resolutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for SDN architectures, configurations, and procedures. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SDN technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices. - Participate in network architecture design and capacity planning. - Automate network provisioning, configuration, and management tasks using SDN tools and scripting languages. - Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on SDN technologies
