As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will combine deep technical expertise in test automation with business domain knowledge and data analysis. In an agile environment, you will collaborate with Squad Leads to implement test automation, execute manual testing, and ensure the delivery of highly stable applications that meet business needs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in software product development and testing for commercially available software.
• Strong technical background with 3–5+ years in test automation.
• Proven experience in creating and managing test plans and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with various testing types: unit, functional, performance, acceptance.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Financial services domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with squad leaders and members to promote best testing practices.
• Review and validate test strategies with stakeholders to ensure coverage of unit, functional, performance, and acceptance testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks to assess product quality and release readiness.
• Execute manual testing where required and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Train squads on test management tools and practices.
• Create, maintain, and enforce overall program test plans aligned with evolving schedules and timelines.
• Report on test progress, product quality status, and overall test results to stakeholders.
• Continuously advocate for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
