In an agile environment, you will collaborate with Squad Leads to implement test automation, execute manual testing, and ensure the delivery of highly stable applications that meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in software product development and testing for commercially available software.
  • Strong technical background with 3–5+ years in test automation.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing test plans and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with various testing types: unit, functional, performance, acceptance.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with squad leaders and members to promote best testing practices.
  • Review and validate test strategies with stakeholders to ensure coverage of unit, functional, performance, and acceptance testing.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks to assess product quality and release readiness.
  • Execute manual testing where required and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Train squads on test management tools and practices.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce overall program test plans aligned with evolving schedules and timelines.
  • Report on test progress, product quality status, and overall test results to stakeholders.
  • Continuously advocate for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
