About The Position
We're looking for a strong SDET with deep Python automation skills and hands-on experience working with Kafka and AWS. This is not a manual QA role. The focus is on building and maintaining automation frameworks for data-heavy, event-driven systems.
Requirements
- SDET / QA Engineer who has tested distributed systems
- Comfortable validating data, schemas, and streaming workflows
- Can work closely with data and platform teams, not just UI layers
Nice To Haves
- prior experience working as a Data Engineer or testing data engineering pipelines
Responsibilities
- Strong test automation experience using Python
- Solid understanding of Kafka (topics, producers/consumers, message validation)
- Hands-on exposure to AWS services used in data pipelines
- Ability to test data flows, integrations, and backend services
