As an SDET you will create and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product correctness and improve testing efficiency at scale across Lineages expanding supply chain systems portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background programming experience and test engineering expertise. They are a self-starter detail-oriented and thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining a passion for quality.

Plan develop and execute quality assurance for supply chain software and supporting technologies across web and mobile applications.
Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for user stories and regression flows.
Integrate and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
Build and maintain automation test infrastructure using Android simulators WebdriverIO Mocha-Chai framework and other automation tools.
Write clean readable and maintainable automation testing code.
Identify document and track defects with clear reproduction steps and follow-up triaging.
Drive quality-focused initiatives influencing engineering teams to build a quality-driven culture.
Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable reliable solutions.
Identify gaps and opportunities for quality improvements.
Develop automated tests at functional/unit integration and system levels.
Work with internal and external teams across multiple geographies.
Set priorities and order tasks effectively.
Maintain personal accountability for completing work on time and with quality
Proactively ask clarifying questions to eliminate ambiguity.
Identify dependencies and prioritize tickets accordingly.
Define and document manual and automated test cases.
Participate in smoke testing before releases.
Actively participate in Standups
Serve as a quality gatekeeper deciding if a ticket is ready for deployment or needs further development.
Escalate blockers dependencies or issues to Tech or QA leads for resolution.
Active participation in all team meetings is mandatory.
Communicate planned/unplanned absences to the QA Lead and team for coverage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create innovative automation solutions.
Deep software design implementation and test automation expertise.
A willingness to coach be coached and proactively seek feedback.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced agile environment.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous learning mindset to adopt new technologies and business concepts

Experience with modern test automation tools (e.g. Selenium Appium Cypress).
Proficiency in at least one OOP language (e.g. TypeScript JavaScript Java Python).
Hands-on experience with API testing database testing and mobile testing.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
