About The Position

Amazon Prime Video is growing, and we are looking for Software Development Engineers (SDEs) who move fast, are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, and have a strong will to get things done. SDEs at Amazon work on real world problems on a global scale, own their systems end to end and influence the direction of our technology that impacts hundreds of millions customers around the world. At Amazon, an SDE can expect to design flexible, scalable solutions and work on some of the most complex challenges in large-scale computing by utilizing your skills in data structures, algorithms, and object oriented programming. Catalog Offers and Policy Store (COPS) team is in the critical path of Prime Video streaming customer's experience as it manages and serves Offers & Policies for titles that govern how the customer can consume the digital content. Offers team powers the Buy box experience on PrimeVideo. Policy Store team is responsible for all the policies associated with titles e.g. rental, downloads. COPS tech team is responsible for managing low latency high throughput Tier-1 APIs that serves over 130 internal clients powering search, browse, carousels, buy/rent/play/download transactions and streaming experience for our customers.
