Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for the Power & Utilities Sector. You'll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives. As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional, you’ll focus on enhancing our Power & Utility clients' work and asset management capabilities. You’ll collaborate with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring better working assets.

  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
  • Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
  • Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily.
  • Engage in sales and practice development activities, increasing value and efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
  • Provide Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) consulting services to EAM clients.
  • Provide ClickSoftware consulting services to EAM clients.
  • Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements.
  • Enhance our brand through strong external relationships.
  • Lead with confidence, promoting emerging platforms and sharing best practices.
  • Solve clients’ problems by leveraging our solutions and expertise.
  • Lead and support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives.
  • Deliver EAM projects successfully.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience in the Power & Utilities Sector.
  • Minimum of four years of experience delivering Maximo/MAS and ClickSoftware consulting services to EAM clients.
  • Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile Services.
  • Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
  • Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed.
  • Application functional design expertise.
  • System configuration experience.
  • Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Negotiation capabilities.
  • Critical thinking aptitude.
  • Emotional agility.
  • Experience configuring and understanding compatible units.
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP EAM, Infor EAM, and/or Oracle products.
