About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, and the ability to manage multi-vendor, distributed teams in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Salesforce environments
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
  • Experience working in multi-vendor and distributed team environments
  • Familiarity with agile tools such as Rally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (data models, releases, sandboxes, DevOps is a plus)
  • Knowledge of change management, deployment processes, and governance in Salesforce programs
  • Project Management experience is a plus

  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification
  • Salesforce certifications (optional but preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce teams across Service Cloud modules
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives)
  • Maintain sprint velocity, manage burndown charts, and track team KPIs
  • Collaborate with vendor teams, internal stakeholders, and Product Owners to manage dependencies and priorities
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments to delivery
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and values
  • Support Product Owner in backlog grooming and user story refinement
  • Act as a servant leader and agile coach to the team and stakeholders
  • Foster transparency, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and dependencies to leadership and PMO
  • Align sprints and releases with enterprise Salesforce program goals, timelines, and quality standards
