About The Position
As a Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader responsible for coaching and leading a team to deliver sustainable high performance, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer needs. Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to foster transparent communication; remove impediments to success; and lead, train and coach a team in the adoption and application of the Scrum framework for data-related projects. The ideal candidate will be Scrum certified and have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in both software and non-software initiatives.
