The Scrum Master plays a key role within the Agile team, supporting Avalon’s scrum and kanban teams in meeting their delivery goals. This position is responsible for fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile practices and processes. Possessing a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, the Scrum Master educates team members and removes impediments to progress. The Scrum Master also ensures focus remains aligned with PI objectives and Sprint goals. This position is eligible for remote work, but quarterly travel will be required to Avalon's corporate office located in Tampa, Florida.
