About The Position
The Agile Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating large-scale software and hardware integration efforts within an Agile Release Train (ART). This position requires the candidate to lead and support multiple agile teams, ensuring adherence to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and fostering high-performing team dynamics. The Scrum Master will be responsible for educating teams in Scrum or Kanban methodologies, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement to deliver value to customers effectively.
