The role involves working closely with the Operational Excellence Lead and collaborating with process owners, Agile teams, stakeholders, and other leaders within Advisory Digital (AD) to drive program, project, and process improvements that align with the organization’s Target Operating Model (TOM). The candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and drive clarity for project teams. Additionally, the position requires leading the execution and rollout of the Agile Transformation and Azure DevOps (ADO) implementation, including facilitating efforts to provide direction on platform configuration, integration, and best practices.

  • Lead the execution and rollout of the Agile Transformation and Azure DevOps (ADO) implementation to drive change adoption.
  • Customize and configure Azure DevOps platform to meet organizational needs and lead training to ensure compliance with established methodologies.
  • Standardize workflows, work item tracking, and release processes to improve project visibility and efficiency.
  • Use analytics to evaluate work management effectiveness and recommend process enhancements, driving continuous improvement in areas such as productivity and quality.
  • Perform RTE responsibilities for large programs, facilitating Program Events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles and practices.
  • Identify and solve program-level impediments, escalate issues when necessary, and help manage risks to ensure smooth delivery of value.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, stakeholders, and management to maintain coherence in delivering program objectives and tracking progress with performance metrics.
  • Develop advanced queries and data modelling to analyze complex data relationships to help simplify performance, patterns, and trends analysis.
  • Collaborate with Operational Excellence team members to create and maintain templates for planning, analysis, communications, and reporting to leadership.
  • Oversee the periodic collection, analysis, and reporting of project-related data, tasks, and metrics for PR leadership.
  • Define standards and guidelines and ensure adoption across various teams in PR.
  • Act as a liaison with other groups in AD for collaborative effort and multi-directional information sharing.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree from an accredited college/university preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Portfolio and Project Management, Business Analysis in industry or in a professional services firm.
  • 5+ years of experience with SAFe methodologies and Lean Agile delivery.
  • Prior experience as a RTE and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management best practices and leading teams in delivering quality software.
  • Strong technical aptitude and prior experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, critical thinking, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
