TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with over 7 years of banking experience, particularly in operations roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial payments, banking, and lending solutions, with a focus on money movement and payment solutions such as wires. This role requires experience in leading teams, whether formally or informally, and a solid understanding of requirements gathering and documentation techniques, including user stories, business process flows, use cases, system flows, state diagrams, and data maps. Effective communication skills are essential, as the Scrum Master will interact with various internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, MS Word, Visio Drawing, and/or Lucid chart tools, is a must. The candidate should also possess a strong understanding of IT Service Management processes, including Problem, Change, and Incident Management. The role demands strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with UX artifacts such as journey diagrams, mental models, persona reports, site maps, wireframes, and style guides is preferred. Experience in an agile development environment and the ability to run Scrum effectively is crucial. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in report generation, SQL, data structures, and Excel macros, with programming or scripting skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, shell, or batch being a plus. Experience with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol, trading systems, order management systems (OMS), and execution management systems (EMS) is highly desirable. A solid understanding of trading concepts and terms, including risk management, blotters, orders, routes, fills, and algorithms, is also important. While foreign exchange experience is not required, candidates with equities, fixed income, or derivatives experience will find it easy to adapt to FX. Knowledge of SWIFT and ISO 20022 is beneficial. This position is temporary, and eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness and accident insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with pre-tax and Roth contributions, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a health spending account (HSA), transportation benefits, an employee assistance program, and paid time off (PTO).
