About The Position

Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams. eCommerce knowledge- conversion funnels, order flows, inventory, loyalty, OMS, and CMS integrations Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks, best practices, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized, data-driven product backlog. Identify and remove blockers to ensure predictable and efficient sprint delivery. Monitor sprint performance metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) and drive actionable insights. Promote transparency and alignment across product, engineering, QA, and business teams. Support dependency management and cross-team coordination in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc., if applicable).

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience supporting eCommerce or digital retail product teams.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce concepts: cart/checkout, payments, promotions, product, search, analytics, and customer experience optimization.
  • Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA, data, product).
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence

  • Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
