Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth team progress and delivery. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to groom the product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize work. Drive continuous improvement by assessing team performance and implementing Agile best practices. Ensure teams follow Agile principles and company policies while adapting to changes in requirements or priorities. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including developers, QA, business analysts, and management to ensure alignment and transparency. Track and communicate team metrics and progress to stakeholders and leadership. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
