About The Position

The Opportunity: As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing critical projects. On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. You’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish its goals. In this role, you’ll directly impact aviation operations by updating air traffic management systems. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in system development while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve airspace operations. Requirements

  • Experience with Agile software development and the SAFe model
  • Knowledge of Scrum Master roles and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of software development and Cloud capabilities
  • Ability to lead a Scrum team and Scrum of Scrums and train the team on Agile Scrum concepts
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems and processes and National Airspace System (NAS) operations
  • Scrum Master Certification

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
