About The Position

Join a collaborative technology organization at a major regional financial institution where software engineers work closely with business partners to build, modernize, and support mission-critical applications used across the enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility systems that directly support banking and financial services operations, while being part of a stable, well-established institution with a strong regional presence. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile delivery teams. . Facilitate core agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. . Coach teams on agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. . Partner with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts to support backlog readiness and prioritization. . Help teams identify, track, and remove impediments that impact delivery. . Promote transparency around delivery metrics such as throughput, predictability, quality, and team health. . Foster strong collaboration between technology and business stakeholders. . Support teams in adhering to enterprise SDLC, risk, and compliance requirements while maintaining agile principles. . Coordinate dependencies and risks across teams and stakeholders. . Encourage engineering best practices including quality, automation, and sustainable delivery pace. . Support release planning and delivery readiness activities. . Contribute to broader agile practice improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. . 4–7 years of experience working on technology delivery teams in an agile environment. . 2–4+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead. . Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC practices. . Experience supporting cross-functional teams including developers, BSAs, QEs, and architects. . Ability to coach teams and stakeholders at varying levels of agile maturity. . Experience tracking and communicating delivery metrics and risks. . Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. . Comfort operating in a structured, regulated enterprise environment. . Requirements
