About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Agile delivery background to support high-impact programs within a Banking client environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Scrum framework execution , stakeholder management, and navigating delivery within regulated financial systems. This role will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive consistent, high-quality Agile delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, with 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master .
• Strong background working with Banking / Financial Services clients (Retail Banking, Wealth, Payments, Risk, Compliance, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and delivery metrics .
• Experience working in regulated environments with structured governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Nice To Haves

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SAFe).
• Experience supporting data, digital transformation, or core banking modernization programs.
• Exposure to distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement .
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks affecting sprint delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs and clear acceptance criteria.
• Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts, release forecasts).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise banking governance, compliance, and risk controls .
• Drive cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments (SAFe / Large programs).
• Promote transparency, accountability, and delivery predictability across teams.
