In the assigned job role of Technology Consultant 2, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle in Scrum. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a focus on maintaining scrum team and stakeholders participation. You will develop user training programs and maintain detailed records of scrum ceremonies, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects. Requirements

  • Experience as Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Agile principle, JIRA Agile Story Management tool and scrum practices.
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications.
  • Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
  • Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
  • Steer project through its lifecycle and create comprehensive documents.
  • Ability to design architecture and provide solutions.
  • Conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, demos and retrospective).
  • Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
  • Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories.
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
  • Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope, and identify gaps and issues.
  • Plan and prioritize team workloads by accurately estimating resources and timelines.
  • Proactively identify risks, monitor execution against key metrics, and adapt swiftly to contingencies.
