About The Position

The position requires a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the role of a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will coordinate and promote participation in all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. The role involves managing Agile teams, tracking backlogs, planning sprints, and analyzing burndown metrics and velocity. A strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, practices, and agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is essential. The Scrum Master will facilitate team involvement and logistical planning for all key Scrum events throughout the sprint cycle, emphasizing the value of metrics and understanding the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
