About The Position

Are you a seasoned Agile practitioner ready to coach high-impact teams toward true agility? Trissential is hiring a Scrum Master to join our client's Customer Experience (CX) organization. This is more than a facilitation role-it's a hands-on opportunity to embed deeply with delivery teams, coach in real time, and drive meaningful change across the enterprise. You'll guide 2-3 delivery teams in adopting and sustaining Agile practices, improving predictability, and shifting from status reporting to visible value delivery. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach supporting multiple delivery teams
• Strong facilitation and servant-leadership skills
• Ability to coach teams at varying maturity levels in Agile adoption
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with employees, vendors, and IT partners
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice To Haves

• SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile certification(s)
• Experience coaching in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder landscapes
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for 2-3 CX delivery teams, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog quality, prioritization, and value framing
• Coach teams on Agile principles, lightweight metrics, and value-based reporting
• Identify and help resolve impediments, escalating when necessary
• Build team discipline around two-week sprint cadence, commitments, and delivery outcomes
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback in ceremonies and working sessions ('train by doing')
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to improve transparency and alignment across teams
