About The Position

Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Master with Business Analyst with proven project management skills, managing multiple competing cross-functional IT projects/programs simultaneously and develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, budgets, resource plans, risk identification and mitigation plans as well as monthly reports and overall KPIs for Technical Programs.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Good understanding of healthcare domain.
• At least 4 years' experience in managing IT projects.
• Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Six Sigma or PMI/PMP or Scrum Certification.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple competing cross-functional IT projects/programs simultaneously.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Prepare monthly reports and track overall KPIs for Technical Programs.
• Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users, and IT teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, project costing, requirement analysis, and change control.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and manage change management processes.
• Provide status updates and stakeholder reporting.
• Work with various project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile - Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe.
