In this role, you will manage the workflow of a scrum team from Sprint to the project end, identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals, and ensure effective communication within/across project teams. You will be responsible for building strong projects/programs through identifying and implementing possible improvements, coaching program leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile Methodology practices, and maintaining metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on program progress and quality.
