We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Scrum Master who will also function as a Technical Program Manager to join a major banking client engagement. This role requires a strong background in Python development and a proven record in managing enterprise-level technology programs in financial services. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level professional with excellent communication, governance, and agile delivery skills.

  • Serve as a Scrum Master and Technical Program Manager for multi-disciplinary teams, guiding Agile ceremonies and fostering team efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective governance structures aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive awareness and define strategic vision for the target state of various technology initiatives.
  • Understand and map complex data process flows across wide organizational teams.
  • Analyze current-state capabilities and gaps, and define and facilitate the implementation of future-state strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of program delivery including timelines, financials, reporting, escalations, and risk mitigation.
  • Effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels to align on priorities and resource allocation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to enterprise data incident management policies and governance standards.
  • Provide insights and solutions for process optimization and operational efficiencies.
  • Utilize Quartz-based framework for program implementation and management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale, complex technology programs and initiatives.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies with hands-on Scrum Master responsibilities.
  • Strong technical background, with mandatory experience in Python development.
  • Familiarity with Quartz framework is highly preferred.
  • Experience in financial services/banking domain is essential.
  • Deep understanding of governance frameworks and managing technology risks.
  • Proficient in stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and driving consensus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
  • Program/Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM)
  • Prior experience with enterprise-level transformation programs
  • Data governance or data quality assurance exposure
