About The Position

Join the 10 week Global Payments 2025 Summer Internship Program (June 2nd - August 8th). This program is available to sophomore-graduate students currently enrolled in a college or university. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of payments, where you will participate in professional development sessions, workshop sessions, a capstone project, and mentorship to help you navigate your journey.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
• Passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the Scrum Master in tracking sprint progress and identifying impediments.
• Help manage and maintain Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with team members to promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Document team performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions and assist in ensuring tasks are well-defined.
• Work with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of transparency and communication.
• Research and suggest ways to improve Agile processes and team productivity.
