We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can lead Agile teams and champion Agile methodologies to drive transformation within teams accustomed to traditional approaches. In this role, you will apply Agile principles to a large mainframe-based team within the Consumer and Small Business Banking department. You will have system-wide responsibility for complex components and initiatives, providing strategic direction and guidance across entire projects or initiative teams.
