Your Mission As a Scrum Master III, you will lead agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions through collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Youâll drive sprint execution, coach the team in agile practices, and ensure alignment between the product vision and development outcomes. Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- 7+ years of experience in agile software development or related technical leadership roles
- Bachelorâs degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing agile software development efforts
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification
- Experience leading distributed or cross-functional development teams
- Knowledge of service-oriented environments and agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex requirements and drive team consensus
Responsibilities
- Leading scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Working with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog and ensure alignment with goals
- Tracking and reporting team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown rates
- Coaching the team to follow agile principles and established development processes
- Promoting transparency through clear communication and stakeholder updates
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution
- Identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality
