About The Position

The Scrum Master II position at Truist is a professional-level role focused on leading Agile teams to deliver value efficiently. Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years' professional experience, including at least two years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.).
• Prior experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Two+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams.
• Effective communication with team members, management, and product owners/managers.

Nice To Haves

• College Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Manager or other industry recognized Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles to ensure that Scrum Team deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Facilitate team ceremonies.
• Navigate the organization to remove impediments on behalf of the team.
• Ensure Agile tools are up to date.
• Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile SDLC is appropriately followed.
• Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on problems and recommend appropriate action.
• May take on several components of an initiative or a complex component of an initiative.
