About The Position
US Retail Markets (USRM) Technology Innovation Enablement Tech is searching for two passionate agile leaders. One position will be aligned to Telematics (IoT) and the other will be aligned to Third Party Data Platforms as a Scrum Master II. These individuals will collaborate with product team leadership to identify and manage risks and dependencies, as well as address blockers and impediments. They will drive Jira standardization to ensure high-quality data, which supports automated allocation calculations for Shibumi. Utilize data and metrics to optimize delivery, with an emphasis on achieving a 10% productivity improvement by year-end. Works closely with Product Owners and other SM`s to support release planning, backlog and team health, and cross-team communication. Fosters team decision-making, transparency and independence, encourages cross-training and team support.
