About The Position
The Scrum Master II provides servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams through effective application of Agile principles and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP). This role fosters an environment of self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting high-performing teams through coaching and facilitation.
