The Scrum Master I at Cummins Inc. is responsible for facilitating Agile practices within the Systems/Information Technology team. Develop and deliver clear messages tailored to different audiences for effective information exchange.
Consider global contexts and diverse viewpoints when addressing issues to ensure inclusive solutions.
Navigate and resolve conflicts smoothly to maintain a productive environment.
Apply holistic analysis to understand system interactions over time for sustainable solutions.
Foster the creation of Agile teams using Lean-Agile principles to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Implement processes and automation for continuous delivery of new functionalities from ideation to release.
Establish DevOps practices and a continuous delivery pipeline to release value as needed.

College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) preferred.
Experience working in a software development organization and Agile environment as a Scrum Master.
Knowledge and practical experience of Lean methodology, principles, and tools.

Scale Agile Framework certifications.
Experience with data analytics or business intelligence.
Business function experience in Finance, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, New Product, Quality, or Reliability.

Competitive salary range of $86,400 - $129,600 per year.
