About The Position
You will work closely with Enterprise Data & Analytics, including dedicated squads of business systems analysts, data engineers, architects, and other technology experts, ultimately in support of Global and Geography Finance stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring effective scrum practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and empowering team members to deliver exceptional results. Your leadership will be crucial in realizing our teams' full potential by implementing processes and culture to promote radical ownership, 'Just Do It' ethos, and continuous improvement.
