About The Position

We are hiring several Scrum Masters to support a large investment banking client on several technology initiatives. Each Scrum Master will oversee 2 scrum teams in a maturing Agile banking environment. Candidates must have experience in SAFe, Jira, Confluence, and Agile Transformation efforts along with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Industry experience in banking/financial services
• Expertise working in Agile delivery and Agile transformation efforts
• Expertise in full Agile delivery cycle including ceremonies
• Knowledge and working experience in SAFe
• Working experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work on site in either New York or Toronto 2 days a week

• Data governance, data lineage, and data management experience
• SAFe certification
