Requirements

• Currently hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have 3+ years experience years of Scrum Master Experience leading various technical delivery projects (front-end web development, back-end development, etc.).
• Have a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects.
• Identify and remove impediments to progress.
• Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage the backlog.
• Support, coach and mentor team members.
• Track daily sprint progress and maintain schedules.
